MEBB will host the 2023 Vendor Expo in conjunction with the Annual Recertification Seminar September 23rd-24th at the Hotel Ballast in Wilmington, NC. The Expo is a great networking opportunity for our valued Vendors, providing interaction with 100+ attendees (CPs, CTs, business owners, etc.).

Sunday, September 24th
By attending the MEBB Annual Meeting, members will hear about Chapter updates, NEBB updates, information regarding firm recertification, instrument requirements, and more. The Annual Meeting also provides a forum for members to voice their opinions on various issues. If you have an item or topic you would like on the agenda, please contact the MEBB office.
NOTE: Certified Firms who have at least (1) employee in a management position, preferably the Designated Certified Professional, attend the MEBB Annual Meeting on Sunday, September 24th will be entitled to receive a $ 450 discount on the firm’s 2025 MEBB chapter dues.

Vendors will be able to set-up on Friday, September 23rd after 7:00 p.m. Vendors can breakdown their booth Saturday, September 23rd at the conclusion of the technical sessions (5:00 p.m.) or Sunday, September 24th after the Annual Membership Meeting (12:00 p.m.).
