Join us for the 2024 Mid-South EBB Recertification Seminar & Vendor Expo beginning Friday, September 13th with an optional tour & presentation of the ASHRAE Headquarters. Saturday, September 14th is filled with Educational Sessions, tour of Living Lab, and the Vendor Expo followed by the Annual Membership Meeting and NEBB Update on Sunday, September 15th. This year's event will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis located at 265 Peachtree Center Avenue in Atlanta, GA.

Since we are in Atlanta, home of ASHRAE Headquarters, we are taking the opportunity to provide a tour and presentation of ASHRAE Headquarters given by Stanton Stafford, P.E., Leed Fellow who served on the Design Team for the renovation.
ASHRAE broke ground on the renovation of their new global headquarters, a showcase project embodying the organization's core commitments - excellent indoor environmental quality and cutting-edge efficiency requirements. Beyond these core objectives, ASHRAE's headquarters stands as an educational tool, providing insight for industry stakeholders into how sustainability and resiliency can be intergrated into cost-effective, replicable building retrofit solutions that reduce energy use and improve occupant health and comfort.
The Recertification Seminar provides continuing education opportunities for CPs and CTs. Educational sessions on industry related topics will be offered on Saturday followed by the MEBB Annual Meeting and NEBB update on Sunday. Attendance at the educational sessions earn CECs needed for NEBB recertification. A minimum of six (6) hours Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for CPs and a minimum of three (3) Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for CTs will be offered. Educational sessions will be submitted to AIA for LU credit(s) approval.
Certified Technicians of Member firms that register at least one (1) Certified Profressional for the event, will be granted access to continuing education sessions on the Mid-South EBB Chapter website for FREE.

MEBB has lined up some of the top industry experts to speak at this year's seminar. Included are: Stanton Stafford, P.E. LEED Fellow, Greg Allen with Greenheck, Sam Myers with Retrotec, Blake Beach with SMART Safety Group, Luis Chinchilla with NEBB, and several more.
Registration and payment are due on or before August 20, 2024
Vendor Expo
Spend time at the Vendor Expo networking with chapter sponsors and learn about the latest technology in the industry. Attendees are encouraged to share real-life issues they are encourntering on projects with the vendors. This is valuable information vendors pass on to their reserach and development teams for upgrades and new products, instruments, and software.
